TCAG seeks input on County Bicycle Plan

The Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG) is seeking public input on the update of the Tulare County Regional Bicycle Transportation Plan through an online survey.

The Tulare County Regional Bicycle Transportation Plan will establish goals and policies regarding bicycle transportation as well as future improvements of bicycle facilities within Tulare County. TCAG develops the plan with the input of the cities, county, members of the public, and other interested parties.

As part of the update, TCAG is conducting a survey to find areas where bicycle services can be improved. The surveys will be used to determine which bicycle related improvements are most needed in the community. The results of the survey will be shared with local jurisdictions and will be incorporated into the Bicycle Plan. The survey can be found by visiting TCAG’s website ( or by visiting SurveyMonkey is the world’s leader in online survey tools. The site generates user-friendly free surveys, polls, questionnaires, customer feedback and market research targeted for public agencies, businesses and managers.

The Survey will be open through the end of August. Questions about the Tulare County Bicycle Plan or the surveys can be addressed to Christine Chavez at or 559-623-0452.
