The Elliott Land and Cattle Company spans 24,000 acres from north fork of Kaweah River to the Valley floor
THREE RIVERS – If you’re looking to fulfill the dream of having a home on the range, you can’t find more wide-open spaces in one place than the Three Rivers areas.
Bustling rivers, birds overhead, and fresh air are in ample supply on the Elliott Land and Cattle Company property, which rests within the picturesque gateway to Sequoia National Park. The property is being touted as the largest cattle ranch in California, spanning 24,633 acres. An authentic and efficient cattle ranch operation with about a 1000 cow/calf capacity – this property has multiple working corrals, barns, and shops as well as two residences. The ranch is nestled on the north fork of the Kaweah River and continues westward down into the San Joaquin Valley, providing both early and later-year forage conditions.
“An infectious and exhilarated pioneer spirit takes hold your first step onto the ranch – this vast and beautiful land is truly bountiful in resources,” stated Ranch Marketing Associates (RMA) Brokerage which listed the property this month.
RMA says this is the first time the cattle ranch has ever been for sale. The brokerage firm said it assists owners in all phases of ranch ownership from grazing fees and zoning considerations to tax benefits and deductions, as well as other key points of counsel including land assemblage, water management, conservation easements, wildlife habitat and water law. RMA specializes in all types of ranch sales – from working to luxury – in the American West. The firm represents large-scale properties in some of the most breathtaking states like Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, California, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, and Texas.
