The County of Tulare has authorized up to 7.5 million dollars to assist small businesses who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19. Businesses that meet the criteria, could receive a $5,000 grants to help offset costs associated with the pandemic.
Eligible businesses must meet the following criteria:
- 20 or fewer full-time equivalent employees
- Located in Tulare County
- Did not receive a PPP Loan or SBA Emergency Disaster Injury Loan
- Sole Proprietor, LLC, Partnership, Corporation, Self Employed, Non-Profit
The Business experienced a loss of income related to the pandemic
In-N Out applies for building permit for new Visalia location
Construction of new In-N-Out in north Visalia could begin soon. On July 24 In-N Out Hamburgers applied for a building permit for a new 3,900-square foot restaurant on the northwest corner of Riggin and Dinuba Highway. The eatery will anchor a shopping center owned by developer Donahue Schreiber. The fast food project at 506 W. Riggin, was approvedĀ by the city planning commission last November, what will be the second location in town.
