With their debut, Kate Spade New York and Michael Kors Outlet will be offering significant outlet pricing of 30-70% off regular retail pricing. The new stores are expected to all be open by July.

“They are high-end stores. We (already) have Coach and they do very well, So these stores are adding more options to high-end female luxury,” Madalyn Souza, marketing manager for Tulare Outlets said.

Each of the stores will have ribbon cuttings on the days of their opening. All three stores will operate during the normal Tulare Outlet Mall hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.

Kate Spade New York is expected to open on May 31 and will be set between Kay Jewelers and Columbia Factory Store. These products include footwear, watches, jewelry, women’s, and men’s ready-to-wear fashions, eyewear and a full line of fragrance products.

As for Rocket Fizz, the store is looking to bring its own unique options to products to Tulare, which are not available in many stores.

“They have a lot of fun nostalgic things like signs, candy and funky soda soda flavors,” Souza said.

Rocket Fizz stores carry thousands of fun candies, bottled soda pops, gag gifts and toys, nostalgic tin signs and many other surprises. The store is expected to open by the end of March 2024 between Journeys and O’Neill.
