Former Keller Williams agent opens her own brokerage by giving away 250 pumpkin pies
VISALIA – Just before Thanksgiving on Tuesday, Nov. 26, Dani Blain Real Estate, a new brokerage, celebrated their grand opening by giving away free pumpkin pies to the community from 12 to 3 p.m. in the parking lot roundabout of Visalia First Church off Akers and Caldwell in Visalia. The pies were given to the first 50 people that showed up and the first 200 people to reserve a pie on the brokerage’s website.
The event also featured free tacos and coffee, in the meet and greet with real estate agents and partners. The event was sponsored by SnapNHD, Home Warranty of America, and Saldate Home Inspections as well as Dani Blain Real Estate.
“At our brokerage our core values of service, culture, and integrity can be expressed in every aspect of our business,” said Dani Blain, owner and broker. “Our motto is connecting with people to help them grow – one property at a time. We consider our most important and vital asset to be our people: team members, clients, and partners alike. In this company, we believe that serving you is meeting your needs by always doing what we say we are going to do and striving to do what is right.”
Additionally, Dani says there is a bigger picture and motive behind the move to their own brokerage. “We have a heart for the specific needs in our community and we believe that our blessings should be theirs as well,” said Dani. “Starting in 2020, we will be giving back to the community in various ways every month.”
Dani Blain Brokerage is headquartered in Visalia but serves Fresno, Tulare, Kern and Kings Counties, and the Central Coast of California. The brokerage buys and sells both residential and commercial properties.
