Students display their art in online gallery

Tulare County Office of Education’s 3rd annual Student Art Exhibition opens online

TULARE COUNTY – The Tulare County Office of Education’s (TCOE) Student Art Exhibition opened earlier this month with two and a half times the number of pieces as last year’s first virtual exhibition.

The online exhibition at features 476 hand drawn and digital works, photographs, and sculptures from 43 Tulare County schools.

“We are so pleased that Tulare County educators continue to make the arts a priority in their classrooms and that they have embraced the online exhibition again this year,” said Tim Hire, Tulare County Superintendent of Schools. “I urge readers to visit the exhibition and recognize the positive social-emotional impact the arts have on students.”

In the spring, a panel of judges will select Best of Show works from the pieces in the current exhibition. Best of Show artwork will be displayed on the same website March 1 to March 31, 2022. For more information on the Student Art Exhibition, contact Kate Stover at [email protected].
