Pam Kimball, Adriana Nave, Cheryl Cook recognized with various Kiwanis Club awards at their March meeting

LINDSAY – While people everywhere have been locked in doors for the last year, their drive for community hasn’t gone anywhere.

The Lindsay Kiwanis Club held their first in person monthly meeting last month at China’s Alley restaurant. On the agenda was a recognition of prominent community members and a rededication to handout $5,000 in scholarships to Lindsay grads.

The Kiwanis club decided to recognize Pam Kimball and award her their Community Service Award for her contributions to the city as Lindsay’s city councilwoman and two term mayor. They also recognized Lindsay police officer Adriana Nave with their Youth Services Award for her dedication to the community and youth of Lindsay. And they recognized Cheryl Cook with the Kiwanis Hikson Award for her dedication and long standing service as part of the Kiwanis Club to the community and the youth through Kiwanis.
