The Gardenia Garden Circle is announcing the 2003 winners of the "Bloomer Awards" given in conjunction with the Lindsay Chamber of Commerce. The awards go to those homes and businesses whose landscaping and maintenance best reflect the pride in their homes, neighborhoods, or business.
This year there were eight businesses and 14 residences nominated for consideration. All of these deserved to be recognized. The winners will receive a small gift certificate from The Gardenia Circle to help them continue their good work, and will be recognized with a plaque by the Lindsay Chamber of Commerce at the annual awards ceremony this month.
