VISALIA – In-N-Out burgers might be a great cure for hangovers but they don’t do much to prevent drug-induced blackouts.

At about 2 a.m. on Feb. 16, Visalia Police Department officers found two men, with a small amount of methamphetamine in plain site, passed out in their vehicle in the In-N-Out parking lot on Mooney Boulevard. Officers then searched the vehicle and found an additional 30 grams of heroin, indicia of narcotics sales, and a loaded firearm.

The officers arrested 25-year-old Mike Goodenough and 42-year-old Crecensio Jimenez for possession of a controlled substance for sales and possession of a loaded firearm. Both men were booked at the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.
