Visalia police send man on probation back to jail

Visalia police arrest Polo Catter for possession of a gun, meth, Xanax bars and digital scale

At this time, officers observed suspect Catter,, and contacted him.

During the contact, officers located a loaded unserialized Glock-style 9mm handgun, a half ounce of methamphetamine, 20 Xanax bars, packaging material, and a digital scale. Catter was taken into custody and booked at the Tulare County pretrial facility on multiple charges.
