Tulare County’s multi-agency sting nets 38 arrests

Coordinated effort of various law enforcement entities in Tulare County result in 38 arrests, confiscation of illicit firearms and substances

TULARE COUNTY – A handful of local law enforcement agencies collaborated to serve out a gang enforcement detail in the southern region of the county.

On March 16, The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office TAGNET organized a multi-agency gang enforcement detail in Tulare, Tipton, Pixley and Earlimart.

TCSO deputies, along with Visalia Police, Tulare Police, Porterville Police, Woodlake Police, Lindsay Police, the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office, the Tulare County Probation Office and the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation Parole conducted multiple probation and parole searches in the South Valley.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is committed to creating safe and secure neighborhoods free of violent crime and gang activity.

During the operation, deputies made 38 arrests and confiscated two guns, a large amount of cocaine, a large amount of fentanyl and money.
