Graveside services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7 for Syble M. "Cates" Hollingsworth, 85, of Visalia at the Visalia District Cemetery. She died on Jan.1.
She was born on April 7, 1918 in Wagoner, Okla where she attended school. She married John Cates and the couple came to California in 1952.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Helen Jones of Visalia; sister, Omah Leukhart of Farmersville; four grandchildren; seven step-grand-children; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Evans-Miller Exeter Chapel.
