She was the beloved wife of Gene Phelps, mother of Doug and Darrel, proud grandmother of Robert, Douglas, Darrell, Jr. and Dakota. She was the dearly loved daughter of Della.
She was 60 years young and loved by all whose life she touched. She will be sorely missed.
