We lost our beloved Jonathan to this world on Jan. 23.
Jonathan was born in Templeton, Calif. on Feb. 2, 1984. He attended public schools in Exeter, Atascadero and Visalia, ultimately graduating from Mt. Whitney High School in 2002. He was a student at Cuesta College.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie MacCurdy; his father, Brian Lovik; loving brothers, Matthew and Daniel Lovik, all of Visalia. Additionally, he leaves behind grandparents, Dwight and Addie MacCurdy of Atascadero; Paul and Ardis Lovik of Templeton; and a host of devoted aunts, uncles and cousins mourn his passing. His sweet spirit also touched the lives of many friends.
Two public celebrations of the life of Jonathan will be held. The first will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30 at the Paso Robles Covenant Community Church. The second will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31 at the First Baptist Church of Visalia.
