Graveside services were held on Jan. 27 for Margaret Fay Millard, 77, of Exeter. She passed away on Jan. 21.
She was born in Weatherford, Texas on Dec. 4, 1926 to Thomas and Lura Church. She was raised in Texas and married Glen Millard in Weatherford in 1942. They moved to Southern California in 1956 and then to Exeter in 1983. She was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen Glen Millard of Bakersfield and Michael David Millard of Fresno; daughter, Linda Cook and her husband, Kevin of Squaw Valley, Calif.; two sisters, Alyne Nichols and Shirley Slates both of Texas; two brothers, Troy and Von Church both of Texas; one grandson, Daniel Glen Millard of Florida.
Arrangements were under the direction of Smith Family Chapel, Exeter.
