Funeral services were held on Feb. 3 for Kelli Ann Smalley, 40, of Exeter. She passed away on Jan. 28 after an illness.
She was born on Nov. 7, 1963 in Orange, Calif.
She is survived by her two children, U.S. Army Specialist David Quintero, 19, currently of Fort Bliss, Texas and Amber Quintero, 18 of Reno, Nev. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, David Smalley and Peggy Blanchard of Three Rivers; her sisters, Dori Silveira of Madera, Elizabeth Nelson of Fresno and Camille Smalley of LaHabra; grandmothers, Doris Smalley and Frances Gavett of Orange County; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Gavett Smalley of Three Rivers in 1995.
Her family wishes to acknowledge and thank her extended family, Roger McGill of Farmersville and Junior Shackelford and Larry Clark of Exeter for their love, support and care for her over many years.
Arrangements were under the direction of Evans-Miller Exeter Chapel.
