Chapel services for Robert Earl Edwards, 66, of Lindsay were held on March 1 with burial in the Old Porterville Cemetery. He died on Feb. 24.
He was born in Lindsay on Jan. 13, 1938. He worked as a maintenance man in refrigeration for 20years. He was a member of the Riflemans Association, Houndsman Club and Teamsters.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Edwards of Lindsay; son, Robert P. Edwards of Phoenix, Ariz.; two daughters, Melba Redmon of Visalia and Sharon L. Moore of Porterville; brother, Richard J. Edwards of Baldwin Park, Calif.; sister, Sharon Cole of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
