Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 4 at Smith Family Chapel for Stanley Lee Snapp, 74, of Visalia. He died on Feb. 27.
He was born on May 16, 1929 in Frederick County, Va. He worked at Snapp Motors in Tulare with his brother, Guy, for 25 years retiring in 1985 due to ill health. He married Thelma Lee Taylor in Hagerstown, Md. in 1952. They were married for 53 years.
Survivors include his wife, Thelma Snapp of Visalia; three sons, Gary Lee, Donald Lee and Ronald Lee Snapp all of Visalia; daughter, Brenda Goodwin of Farmersville: seven grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Jennfer Snapp, Willie Ward, Kayleen Snapp, David Snapp all of Visalia and Christie Ward of Farmersville; and two great-grandchildren, Chris and Kyle Ward of Visalia.
Visitation is from 1-5 p.m. on March 3 at Smith Family Chapel. Arrangements were under the direction of Smith Family Chapel, Exeter.
