A Mass was held on March 15 for Frank C. Arroyo, 66, of Lindsay at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Alex Ignacio officiating. Burial was in the Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery. He died at home on March 11.

He was born in Compton, Calif. on Sept. 15, 1937. He lived in Tonyville for 52 years and in Lindsay for the last nine years. He worked in agriculture for many years prior to his 25 years at a utility man at Champion Homes.

He enjoyed reading, visiting with his friends and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church.

Survivors include his two sons, Frank Arroyo, Jr. of Lindsay and Ruben Arroyo of Tulare; three brothers, Phillip Arroyo of Lindsay, Salvador Arroyo of Colton, Calif. and Leonard Arroyo of Riverside, Calif.; three sisters, Carmen Salazar and Dolores Borbon both of Lindsay and Josie Martinez of Visalia; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
