Graveside services for Sally Mae Wallace, 85, of Porterville were held on Friday, April 2 at Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery. She died on March 29.
She was born in Pine Bluff, Ark. on Sept. 26, 1918. Prior to moving to Porterville she was a resident of North Little Rock, Ark. where she was a homemaker and member of the Presbyterian Church and the Elks Lodge. She was a past president of Beta Sigma Phi.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Carl Wallace; four daughters, Barbara Talbot Lockridge of Porterville, Sally Talbot White of New Jersey, Kathy Talbot Medders of Visalia and step-daughter, Sharon Wallace of Arkansas; step-son, Sam Wallace also of Arkansas; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Talbot in 1966; one brother and a sister.
