A graveside service for Roy Lee Shaw, 74, of Visalia will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 22 at the Exeter Distict Cemetery. He passed away on April 18 in Visalia.
He was born on Jan. 30, 1930 in Holdenville, Okla. He attended schools in Oklahoma and Visalia, graduating from Visalia Union High School in 1948. He was a plastering contractor for more than 40 years and was an avid sportsman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and one nephew. He is survived by four sons, Michael, Roger, Gary and Craig Shaw and their wives; his wife, Barbara Shaw; a sister, Thelma and her husband Wendell Starling; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of Evans-Miller Exeter Chapel.
