Mass of Christian burial for Jose Limus Lira, 21, of Lindsay was held on April 22 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiated by Reverend Alex Ignacio. He died on April 15 in Lindsay and was buried in the Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery.
He was born on Jan. 27, 1983 in Mexico. He is survived by two brothers, Rene Lemus Lira of Mexico and Daniel Lemus Lira of Lindsay; and two sisters, Guadalupe Lemus Lira and Maria De Leluz Lira both of Mexico.
Arrangements were under the direction of Webb-Sanders Funeral Home.
