Graveside services for Audrey Mae Thomason, 86, of Porterville were held on May 3 at the Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery with Reverend David Estes officiating. She died on April 28 at Sierra View District Hospital.
She was born on March 8, 1918 and was married to Delmos Thomason on Jan. 11, 1936 in Gurdon, Ark.
She has been a resident of Tulare County for 61 years. She was a homemaker that loved to take care of her family and friends. She was a member of the Full Gospel Assembly Church in Strathmore and the Womens VFW. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, quilting, cooking and baking pies.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmos Thomason on Jan. 8, 1986. She is survived by a son, David Thomason of Strathmore; three daughters, Patsy Eady Martin of Porterville, Alta Turner of Porterville, and Maxine Hehn of Bakersfield; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were under the direction of Webb-Sanders Funeral Home.
