A graveside service for Lillian M. Standridge, 93, of Exeter was held on April 30 at Exeter District Cemetery. She died April 26 in Lindsay.
She was the daughter of Franklin and Gertrude (Adams) Banks. She was born in Oklahoma City, Okla. on Dec. 22, 1910. She married Jack Standridge in Atkins, Ark. in 1924. The couple moved to California and settled in Exeter where they raised their seven children. Lillian was a loving mother, devoted grandmother and faithful friend and will be dearly missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Standridge, on Dec. 4, 1988. She is survived by her children; Billy Standridge of Brentwood, Harold Standridge of Clearlake, Calif., Wanda Brewer of Conway, Ark., June Trames of Woodlake, Sharon Cohen of Oak Harbor, Wash., Lenn Standridge of Lindsay and Ray Standridge of Porterville; several grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild on the way; other extended family members and a host of friends.
Arrangements were under the direction of Evans-Miller Exeter Chapel.
