A Celebration of life service for Howard D. Crain, 31, will be held on July 24 at the Exeter Cemetery with Pastor Jack Young officiating. He died on July 2 in Needles, Calif.
He was born in San Diego and was a construction foreman for a Contracting Company in Southern California.
He is survived by his wife, Colette Crain of Ramona; mother, Jackie Crain of Ramona; children Brittany and Lorenzo Rodriguez of Eureka; sister, Teresa Watts of Fresno; grandmother, Margaret Crain of Lindsay; and grandmother, Ann Hertsch of San Diego.
