Private services for Sherman "Butch" Peck III, 64, of Woodlake were held. He died on Aug. 18 in Visalia.
He was born in Exeter on April 21, 1940 to Sherman Peck II and Edith Fultz-Peck. He loved to ride motorcycles, play the guitar and watch football, especially his favorite team, the 49ers.
He was preceded in death by his beloved son Kevin Peck and both of his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Peck; children, Kimberly Brenneise and husband Terry of Bakersfield, Joni Brown and husband Steve of Temecula, Jamey Peck of Visalia, Perry Peck and wife Jodi of Visalia, Lorrie Vincent of Woodlake, Cindy Rocha of Woodlake, Forrest Cooper and wife Julie of Woodlake; sisters, Helen Campbell and husband Clyde of Woodlake, Barbara Orlopp and husband James of Orosi, Willda Parbst and husband Bruce of Porterville; grandchildren, Arin, Amy, DeAnn, Joshua, Nadine, Kasey, Devin, Cory, Monte, Derik, Erik, Jenny, Jessika, Clayton, Luke, Heather, Perry II, Forrest IV; several great-gandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
