Service for Nao-Yang Chang, 82, of Lindsay were held on Nov. 1 at Webb-Sanders Funeral Home of Lindsay. Burial was in Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery. He died on Oct. 27 at Sierra Valley Rehab Center.

He was born on March 3, 1922 in Laos. He married Pang Xiong. He was a resident of Tulare County for 20 years. He was a farmer in Laos where he farmed rice. He enjoyed watching television, traveling and visiting with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Pang Xiong; three sons, Hersaly Chang of Oregon, Ver Chang of Lindsay, and John Chang of Lindsay; three daughters, Yee Vang of Stockton, Maily Chang of Alaska, and Yer Chang of North Carolina; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Arrangements were under the direction of Webb-Sanders Funeral Home of Lindsay.
