Graveside services for Edith L. Parker, 87, of Visalia will be held at 11 a.m., Dec. 15 at Visalia Cemetery. She died on Dec. 9 in Visalia. She was a waitress.

She was born on July 27, 1917 to Gus and Ora Crocker. She came to Visalia in 1942 and married Craig Parker in Reno, Nev. in 1959. She had worked as a waitress for several restaurants, lastly with Las Palmas Restaurant in Visalia for a number of years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Craig Parker in 1966. Survivors include two sons, Gene Breeden and Buddy Breeden, both of Nashville, Tenn.; one daughter, Shirley Peterson of Silver City, N.M.; three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
