Carl K. Scott died Oct. 8, 2005 at Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson, Calif. at the age of 62. He was born Jan. 30, 1943 to Kennith and Margaret (Stevenson) Scott in Exeter. Carl married Freddie Joe Tucker on Aug. 5, 1966, in Visalia. He worked 38 years as a hydro system operator for PG&E and was a member of the IBEW Union. Carl enjoyed quad riding, camping, fishing, playing with his grandchildren and made Amador County his home for 25 years. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Freddie Joe Scott of Pioneer; daughters, Tina Marie Montes of Carmichael, Calif., Lisa Jeanette Bermudez of Oakley, Calif., Liana Christine Sizemore of Hilmar, Calif., Taunia Cherie Corwin of Modesto; sister, Darlene Ward of Arkansas; grandchildren, Anthony Miguel Montes, Ryan Scott Corwin, Morgan Danielle Sizemore, Isabella Jade Bermudez, Justin Kenneth Corwin, Dalton James Sizemore, Nathan Luis Montes and Nicolas Luis Montes.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, Oct. 13, at Danerie Mortuary Chapel in Jackson. Internment was private.
