Jean Ann Hall of Exeter, Calif. went to be with God in heaven on Oct. 28, 2018.
She was born Aug. 23, 1924 in East Liverpool, Ohio to James and Hilda Brennen, the eldest of three sisters (Jane, Martha). In 1947, she married James Hall, they moved to California in 1952. Jea worked at Lucky Market for over 30 years while raising her daughters in Reseda, Calif. After she retired, she moved to Exeter, and the last 5 years lived in Visalia, Calif.
Jean loved life, loved to laugh and loved to dance. Her family was everything to her. She made friends wherever she went. Most people younger than herself knew her as “Grandma Jean.”
She is survived by her daughters Nancy Hunter and Debbie Wheeler (John); grandchildren Shelley Gross and Jake Wheeler; great grandchildren Lindsay Gross and Anthony Gross; and great great-granddaughter Lexze Gross.
She was our sunshine. We feel blessed that God let us have her for 94 years.
