Alyce Hatsuko Imoto

Alyce Hatsuko Imoto passed away peacefully at her home in Lindsay, Calif., on Dec. 25, 2020. She was 96 years of age. Alyce was born on March 30, 1924 in Watsonville, Calif. She moved with her husband Mike Imoto to the family farm in Lindsay in 1945. Initially she was a home maker while raising her four children and eventually became employed for over 30 years at Lindsay Ripe Olive Company.

Alyce was preceded in death by her husband Mike Imoto.

Alyce is survived by her children, Sharon Imoto, Dr. Ronald Imoto (Dr. Cheryl), Wesley Imoto and Kevin Imoto (Karen); grandchildren, Dr. Carrie Imoto Yao (Simon), Dr. Eric Imoto (Lisa), Elyse Imoto, Kayli Imoto Goya (Reyn) and Stacie Imoto; great grandchildren: Megan Yao, Braden Yao, Ryan Yao, Darrin Goya, Sophie Imoto and Bennett Imoto.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 at the Webb, Sanders and Smith Funeral Home in Lindsay. Burial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021 at the Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery in Lindsay. COVID restrictions will be in place.
