Frank Cain of Springville, Calif., passed away suddenly on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021. He was 57 years old. Viewing for Mr. Cain will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022 at Smith Family Chapel.
