Luisa Quintila Santos passed away on Jan. 22, 2023. She was 80 years old. Luisa was born on March 13, 1942 in Oaxaca, Mexico. Visitation was held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023 at 29522½ Road 152, Visalia, Calif. 93292. Mass was held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church follow by a burial at Exeter District Cemetery.
