Brenda Kay Reser
1943–2023
Brenda Kay Reser of Exeter, Calif. passed away on Sept. 19, 2023 in Visalia, Calif. She was 80 years old. Brenda was born on Sept. 12, 1943 in Paragould, Ariz. to John Wiley and Doria Gertrude Linderman Gaither. She had seven siblings, Johnny, Charles, Junior, Helen, Bert, Jewell and Debbie.
Brenda married Howard Lee Reser in Exeter on Sept. 29, 1962. They made their home in Exeter. Brenda was a Christian since she was 12 years old. She served 60 years at the Church of the Nazarene in Exeter. She was an example of a true Christian to so many people. She loved and serviced her God. Brenda was a special lady and was loved by her family and extended church family.
She touched the lives of so many and the family wants you all to know how much she loved and appreciated everyone. Brenda is survived by her two children, Randy and wife Lorene Reser, and Belinda and husband Rob Orcutt; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one very dear to her heart, Sadie Elizabeth Reser; and her sisters Debbie and Bert. A visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023 at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel in Exeter, Calif. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023 at the Exeter District Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.evansmillerguinnchapel.com.
