In her first year of running cross country, Tamara Oldziewski has become the Cardinals' top female runner.
At the Woodlake Invitational last week she finished fifth place with a time of 23 minutes 35 seconds.
Despite being new to the team, Oldziewski has been running long distance on her own for a couple of years. Her hard work outside of practice has led to her successful season. She often puts in 10 mile workouts.
Whether it's a long flat course or steep hills, Oldziewski never stops running. Her goal is to medal at the Sequoia League meet held today in Lindsay.
