On the surface it appears that not much has changed in the past year for the Exeter Monarchs wrestling team.
Many of the same faces make up this year's squad that competed on last year's team that barely made it out of the East Sequoia League cellar.
Oh, but something is different … they are winning, and the head coach Joe Connley thinks it's because they are one year older.
