David Ross was named the Cardinal of the week for his volleyball game against Hanford.
Ross recorded a career high five kills and three blocks from his middle blocker position. At 6'6", Ross is very intimidating at the net and causes match up problems for opponents.
Ross has greatly improved his hitting and blocking skills this year and overall he now leads the team with 20 blocks. He is second on the team in kills and his passing is a solid 70 percent. Lindsay coach Don Perales says he has a strong work ethic that has helped his confidence and helped him to become an all-around player.
Ross has also become and enthusiastic leader on the court during games and at practice. His goal is to be selected to the All League Team.
