The Central Valley Christian Cavaliers won the East Sequoia League Mini-Tournament on April 17 at the Valley Oaks Golf Course in Visalia.

The low medal winner for the match was CVC's Meyer Hesse with a score of 84. The front nine was played on the Lakes Course with perfect weather while the back nine was played on the Valley Course with winds up to 25 miles per hour.

CVC won with a team score of 432. Lindsay stunned Woodlake by placing second with a score of 512. Woodlake was third with a score of 517 and Orosi took fourth with a score of 590.

Lindsay's No. 1 golfer, Jordan Blue, shot 104 with one par. He placed 11th. Lindsay's No. 2 golfer, Jordan Markham, shot 95 with three pars. He tied for eighth.

Lindsay's No. 3 golfer, David Solis, shot 107 with two pars. He placed 12th. The No. 4 golfer for Lindsay, Matt Salinas, shot 94 with five pars. He tied for sixth place. No. 5 golfer, Joseph Hernandez, shot 112 with two pars. He placed 15th. Lindsay's final golfer, Seth Townsend, shot a non-scoring 116 with two pars.
