Annual Tulare County Book Festival

The Tulare County Library Foundation, along with Tulare County Library and Friends of Tulare County Library hosts the festival that includes authors, discussions, book signings, live interviews, literary and arts organizations, free workshops and seminars, children’s crafts, story time, food trucks, and much more. This free all-ages event features books and fun throughout the day.
