C. Matthew Luther and Andrea Van Wyk Kamper Exhibit

Art exhibitions by California artists C. Matthew Luther and Andrea Van Wyk Kamper will be filling the galleries at Arts Visalia during the month of July. Using photographs in combination with printmaking techniques to construct prints and paintings, C. Matthew Luther investigates concepts of abstraction, human ideology and digital consciousness in connection with nature. Andrea Van Wyk Kamper’s exhibition, Seasons, comprises a collection of expressive paintings and artworks representing not only Visalia’s annual seasons but also life seasons such as death, grief, sorrow, birth, joy, and gladness. This exhibition will run from July 6 through July 29 with a First Friday opening reception on July 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Learn more about the artists during their artist talk on Saturday, July 8 at 2 p.m.
