Join the fun downtown from 5 to 9 p.m. for Shop & Dine! Enjoy your favorite restaurant with street dining and hit the shops after. Downtown Visalians will be walking around asking people if they have a receipt from a restaurant and retail/service shop. If you do, you will receive a $25.00 downtown gift check!
