Jonah’s Awareness Fundraiser Dinner

The fundraiser will consist of live music by Run 4 Cover, a delicious meal, and great items to be won such as jewelry, a handmade candle holder, and a week stay in Hawaii, plus more. We have been fortunate to have Ginny Burton from Washington State agree to attend our fundraiser and to speak on addiction and howshe turned her life around.

Please let me introduce myself, my name is Mallory McLaughlin. My father, John McLaughlin and I have established a 501(c) (3) nonprofit in the memory of my brother, Jonah McLaughlin. We would like to invite you to attend our upcoming fundraiser to be held on September 30, 2023. We created Jonah’s Awareness Fund after losing my brother Jonah in 2021 to fentanyl poisoning. After experiencing the tragic loss of his son and my brother we decided not to dwell on our sadness and grief but to instead help others who are suffering from addiction as well as their families. Jonah’s Awareness Fund’s goal is to give financial aid to individuals who want to go into rehab or a transitional living home but cannot afford to do so.
