Tulare Relay for Life Survivor Parade & Luminaria Ceremony

Remember or honor a loved one touched by cancer by participating in Tulare Relay for Life’s Drive-Thru Survivor Parade and Drive-Thru Luminaria Ceremony, or by simply purchasing a bag. Each bag will be featured at the Illuminate Hope Celebration as participants light a path of hope for a cancer-free tomorrow at Tulare Outlet Center.
