The Tulare Historical Museum invites all to a Literary Landmark Plaque Unveiling Ceremony in honor of Wilma Elizabeth McDaniel, poet laureate of Tulare. The event will be held at the museum’s Heritage Art Gallery on Saturday, Nov. 19 from noon to 2:30 p.m. with barbecue tri-tip and chicken lunch, live music, guest speakers and documentary film screening.
