What is a Legal Notice?

Legal Notices are public notices legally required to be printed in an adjudicated newspaper of general circulation. The Sun-Gazette is adjudicated for all of Tulare County and on record as a newspaper of general circulation with the Clerk’s Office of the Tulare County Superior Court. Legal notices range from notifying the public about new alcohol licenses for local restaurants to public hearings for local government actions. Different types of legal notices have different prices and publish for a varied number of weeks. To view current legal notices click HERE.
